OMT's Support Department is available Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST for all general and emergency phone inquires.
Support after Business Hours (post 5:00 p.m. CST)
Only Clients who have subscribed to OMT's Premium Support Plan have after hours 24/7 Off Air Emergency phone support.
For both Essential and Premium Support Plan clients, general enquiries or other support needs that are not Off Air Emergencies will be addressed during the regular Support hours of 8:30 – 5:00 CST.
Emails and voicemails received after hours for general Support questions will be responded to the following day.
