Call-in Fees with no Support Agreement
Most times when you purchase an iMediaTouch software / system package, the quotation and Purchase Agreement will include a 1 year Essential Support Plan.
For those clients who decide not to renew their annual OMT Support Agreement after the initial year, Call-In and Support fees will apply for each request for support services.
Clients who are not on an active Support Agreement must provide billing information prior to receiving support services.
