OMT offers a comprehensive approach to assist our clients with our hardware and software implementations – whether is it an upgrade or a 1st time installation of OMT's products.

Our Installation Assistance packages are the perfect optional additional Support optional services for pre-implementation readiness, onsite installation and staff training. This ensures your station is fully prepared to immediately benefit from the advanced features and capabilities of your new OMT software solution, whether it is iMediaTouch broadcast automation, iMediaLogger digital logging or OMT's many other products.


OMT Pre-Service Plan

For customers who are comfortable managing your OMT system implementation with the remote support of OMT's skilled technicians.


  • Initial remote (via WebEx) training of your staff on all of the OMT'software modules that you have purchased
  • Remote guidance and assistance on the installation and set-up of your new OMT software
  • Continued support and follow-up until your new OMT system is operating to your full satisfaction


OMT System Integration Plan

Complete integration of OMT's software with your hardware at OMT's location to ensure a fully customized and tested system prior to delivery to the client broadcast facility.


  • Full bench burn-in to stress test all hardware components
  • Complete installation and testing of your OMT software on your hardware platform
  • System set-up using our client's provided parameters
  • Ingestion and testing of the audio library provided by our client
  • Final QA prior to deliver to our customer's location

Note that the hardware can be supplied by our customer or purchased through OMT. In either case OMT's System Integration Plan is able to ensure a smooth and accelerated implementation.


OMT Onsite Implementation Plan

To assist with the onsite implementation and training activity, OMT's technician will work with our client at their location from the start to the end of a successful installation.


  • Full pre-installation coordination and readiness activities both prior to arrival and while onsite
  • Working with client personnel during the installation process
  • Complete testing of OMT software and it's proper interfacing to other 3rd party software and hardware
  • Onsite training of staff on all of the OMT'software modules purchased
  • Final installation QA and client satisfaction sign-off prior to departure
